These terms apply when you request a quote from or book a flight with Flight Access (“we”, “us”), based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Estimates and quotes
Prices shown on this website are recorded examples or illustrative estimates, not live availability or an offer for your trip. Fares change, and savings vary by route and date. Your exact price is the one we confirm to you before you pay.
Booking window
We book flights departing within the next 90 days.
Payment and ticketing
- You can pay by card, bank transfer, cryptocurrency, or in person in Dubai.
- Payment comes before your ticket is issued. We issue tickets personally, and instantly when your fare is available.
- No extra fees: the price we quote is what you pay us.
- Your ticket is issued in the passenger’s name, so the details you give us must match the passenger’s passport exactly.
Date changes
Date changes are free.
If we can’t issue your ticket
If we can’t issue your ticket, or a problem on our side cancels it, we refund you.
Cancellations you request
If you want to cancel a ticket you’ve booked, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll tell you what’s possible for your ticket.
Travel documents
You are responsible for having a valid passport, any visas and any other documents your trip needs, and for meeting the airline’s check-in rules.
VIP transport in Dubai
VIP transport in Dubai is included free with your booking. Tell us your arrival details and we’ll arrange it.
Airlines
Airline names on this website describe the flights we book. We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any airline. Once issued, your flight is also subject to the airline’s own conditions of carriage.
