Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Flight Access (“we”, “us”) collects when you use flywithaccess.com or contact us, and how we use it. We are based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
What we collect
- Your quote request: your route, dates, number of passengers, cabin, when you’re looking to book and your budget.
- Your contact details: your name, WhatsApp number and, if you give it, your email address.
- Booking details: if you book, the passenger details the airline needs to issue a ticket in your name (for example full name as on passport, date of birth and passport details).
- How you found us: the advert or link that brought you to the site (for example UTM tags and click IDs), the page you landed on and the referring site.
- Website usage: the Meta pixel records pages viewed and actions such as seeing an estimate or sending a quote request, using cookies and similar technology.
How we use it
- To prepare your quote and contact you using the method you selected: WhatsApp, phone or email.
- To book and issue your ticket, and to help you with changes to it.
- To understand which adverts bring enquiries, so we can measure and improve our advertising.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
- Airlines and booking systems, only the details needed to issue and manage your ticket.
- Service providers that run this website and deliver your request to us (website hosting, messaging and email services).
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram), through the pixel, to measure our adverts. You can manage ad preferences in your Meta account settings.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests for up to 24 months so we can follow up on your trip and future trips, and booking records for as long as we need them for the booking and our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your details sooner.
Your choices
We use the country supplied by our hosting provider to choose a display currency. When this is unavailable, we use your browser’s region and time zone. A currency you choose is saved in your browser until you select Auto or clear site data. Exchange rates are requested by our server without sending your contact details or IP address to the rate provider.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you.
- You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Just tell us on WhatsApp.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
